Pittsburgh Wedding and Portrait Photographers

   We are Pittsburgh based photographers with over 15 years experience photographing weddings, kids, and families. We have photographed weddings, events and people from all over Pittsburgh and beyond. Some of our favorite places that we have traveled are Las Vegas, Lancaster, Hershey, West Virginia, Hollywood, Jacksonville, Iowa, Philly and South Carolina - as well as all of the great places around Pittsburgh. We love to travel to new places to photograph weddings and people, but we also love the home town feeling that our Pittsburgh clients give us.

   Weddings may be our first love in photography, but we also love capturing the first smiles and moments of newborns and young children. Photographing children is not only fun, but also rewarding as it brings out the inner child in us. We have so much fun interacting with children and their families during our sessions. Whether it's taking the first photos of a new born for mom and dad or interacting with a 3 year old, there is never a dull moment and we are always creating exciting new and creative ways to make your little ones shine.

10 Things You Didn’t Know

  1. I started this company as a husband and wife team and love working with my wife. We still shoot weddings together, but have also added a few other people to our list amazing second photographers.
  2. I met my wife on a blind date! (Who says blind dates don’t workout).
  3. I am a father of 2 amazing kids! Lucas and Adalynne are two of my best models and clients.
  4. Not once, but twice I ate hot wings that are so hot they almost put me in the hospital. Yet, I keep going back for more. What can I say, I love hot sauce!
  5. I am afraid of heights, except when I need to do something crazy to get the shot for a client.
  6. I brew my own beer, wine, and shine. Like my hot wings, I like my beer and wine strong. Ask me about my latest creations and I might just share some. 
  7. In 2011 I reached 311 lbs. I decided I wanted to live long enough to see my kids have kids, so I changed my lifestyle and have dropped 55 lbs and counting. You can say I am addicted to running now instead of food.
  8. I love to cook and bake. In the summer you will find me grilling dinner and dessert. Yes you read that right. I am known to grill a killer apple pie.
  9. Speaking of apples, I have been an Apple fan/user since I was in 1st grade. I also used to work at Apple as a corporate trainer.
  10. While working at Apple, I once taught the drummer from DMB, Carter Beaufort, while working in the San Francisco store.
